Federal Managers - Doing More with Less



SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY

FMA will hold luncheons on Monday, March 12 and Tuesday, March 13. Luncheon sponsorship is $1,000 and sponsors will be featured on luncheon signage and in event programs. FMA will accept up to five sponsors at $1,000 per event. Sponsors will also be given the special opportunity to briefly address the luncheon audience. There are additional opportunities for attendee bag sponsorship (quantity 150) breakfasts and breaks at a rate of $500 per occurrence. We are also seeking sponsorship for the evening reception, to be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2011. Find one that fits your budget and provides maximum exposure.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Please send us your registration promptly. Space allocation is on a competitive basis and a table assignment will only be made upon receipt of your registration form with payment. The price for each exhibit space is $750 for reservations paid by February 3rd, and $800 for reservations paid on or after February 4th. Payment must accompany your registration and be received in our office by February 29. FMA Corporate Sponsors’ Exhibit fees are reduced as reflected in their agreements. Checks should be made payable to the Federal Managers Association.

EXHIBIT SPACE

Exhibitors will be assigned space (approximately 6’ x 10’ per space) which is just outside of the area where the General Session will be held. A skirted table (6’ x 30”), two chairs and a wastebasket will be provided. Confirmation of space assignment will be sent by e-mail.
