Participating Exhibitors achieve a greater return on their investment from our IT events than any other face-to-face medium available today. This success is achieved through a time-efficient and cost-effective presence to a pre-qualified audience. This simple formula leads to higher levels of business development opportunities at each event.

Our Exhibitors frequently choose to amplify their presence through sponsorships, thought leadership, and branding opportunities. These marketing levels are customized to help interested solution providers achieve their demand generation and sales objectives by increasing their visibility, establishing their company as an industry/regional IT leader, and providing greater access to list data for post-event follow-up.

We offer the ideal technology forum for IT matchmaking based on the advances in information security, IT infrastructure, BC/DR, data storage & recovery, and enterprise communications.

Speaker and Presenter Information

The INTERFACE conference tracks are certified by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy to issue continuing professional education credits (CPE’s). This accreditation allows us to offer credits on a variety of topics but requires that all speakers meet the standards explained below.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. All presentations are required to be as current and technically accurate as possible and be developed by individuals who have expertise in the subject matter, either through education or practical experience.
  2. Presentations should make clear what the presenter wants attendees to know and understand when the presentation is complete.
  3. Presentations should include active learning elements such as questions embedded in slides, interactive case studies, or a question and answer session at the end of the presentation.
  4. Presentations must be 50-minutes in length, including the Q-and-A, in order to qualify for educational credit.
  5. Presentations should be vendor agnostic, presenting a topic to be discussed or an issue to be addressed in a vendor-neutral way. CPE eligible presentations cannot mention a specific product or service as the solution to an issue. No Sales Pitches.

PRESENTER EXPECTATIONS

F2F Events is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment to all attendees of our CPE certified conferences. As such, presenters are asked to refrain from engaging in speech or behavior that could be considered demeaning, discriminatory, harassing or threatening, as well as complying with community standards of conduct.
