Navigating the American Carbon World
This event qualifies for MCLE California State Bar
2013 is going to be a landmark year for policy developments to address global climate change as experiments at the state and regional levels begin to take hold, including most notably in California where one of the world’s largest carbon markets has launched. As climate policy experts and veteran carbon market participants know, the best place to learn about these developments and network with peers is Navigating the American Carbon World (NACW). Happening April 16-18 in San Francisco, NACW will be taking a close look at California’s historic cap-and-trade program, including discussions on program details, early activities and forecasts. The conference will also delve into other established and emerging carbon markets around the world and potential linkages. And, NACW will provide a platform for discussing other types of innovative environmental initiatives, community benefits from environmental programs and business leadership.
Over the last decade, NACW has earned a reputation as the largest and most comprehensive event of its kind. It has consistently been the best venue for gathering the most innovative and forward-thinking professionals from the business, government, nonprofit and academic sectors.
