QMARSEC - Qatar Maritime Security Conference



This QMARSEC inaugural conference is set to take place in Doha, Qatar at the Ritz Carlton Hotel on October 7th and 8th, 2013 under the theme “Achieving Maritime and Coastal Security through a Joint Concept of Operations”.

The QMARSEC 2013 conference is coming this year, with a far more comprehensive, quality-led and value-driven program, featuring senior and key military and security officials from not only the region, but also from the international arena.

Dedicated to understanding the challenges facing the maritime security community, QMARSEC 2013 provides the ideal platform for military leaders, officers and Operations commanders and industry stakeholders to discuss and learn the latest strategies in maritime security operations, deepening and enhancing inter-agency cooperation and collaboration and utilizing the latest surveillance/security technology in the face of increasingly sophisticated transnational maritime threats.
