The Federal Government consistently misses its Small Business Goals... Yet, it's difficult for Small Businesses to break into Government Agencies. What’s up with that?

The truth is that there is less than "full and open competition" as you might initially interpret it to mean.  It is vital to understand the government contracting environment as it actually operates. This includes both the written and unwritten rules.

This one day course will give you the information you need to succeed in Federal Sales. Each of our instructors has over 20 years of successful government contracting experience:

Increase both your Federal IQ and Federal Presence. If your company is a Small Business, and you are struggling to get your first contract, or you want to increase the Federal Business that you are doing, you must plan on attending this one day course.

 You will acquire the know how to:

  • Find your Target Agencies: the ones who are planning to buy the product / service that you are selling.
  • Find your Target Contact: The person(s) who are involved in the requisitioning and purchase of your product / service.
  • Know what an AWAC, GWAC, GSA Schedule, IDIQ, BPA are and how they apply to your sale.
  • Understand what is meant by Brand Name or Equal (BNoE) and how to use it.
  • Understand what is meant by LPTA: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and how to use it.
  • Know how to make best use of The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.
  • Know how to succeed at every event you attend.
  • Understand and maximize the use of social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter 
  • Know How To Partner And Team
  • Understand that Networking is the key to Federal Success
