Coalition Interoperability Summit Breakfast
The Coalition Institute and the Foreign Area Officer Association (FAOA) are proud to announce Major General Eric Vollmecke as keynote speaker at the Coalition Interoperability Summit Breakfast on 10 October 2013 at the Army Navy Country Club.
General Vollmecke is the Air National Guard (ANG) Assistant to the Commander, United States Air Forces in Europe/Africa, Ramstein Air Base, and Germany. He leads the deployment and integration of National Guard forces to support both wartime planning and direct support to ongoing operations throughout both theaters (96 Countries) and directs the ANG support to the State Partnership Program.
General Vollmecke just concluded an extended active duty tour as the Deputy Commanding General for the Mali operation where US Forces have been in a support role to French Ground Forces. Additionally, he led U.S. initiatives to train West African Forces for the U.N. Peacekeeping Mission that began on 1 July 2013.
In his civilian career, General Vollmecke is a Managing Director for SENGEX LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, specializing in cyber security for mobile architectures.
