Part III- Subcontract Clauses and Flowdowns: This third and final part is a longer session where we will focus on a more practical approach with excercises to learn how to flowdown subcontract clauses. About the Instructors: Christine J. Ms. Wade has worked on compliance issues both as a government contractor, and as an outside consultant to government contractors.
