DS News DARE 2010

Convene. Connect. Collaborate.

Join government officials and regulators in Washington, D.C. for DARE 2010 as we dispel what’s happening in both residential and commercial real estate and what might be stalling momentum in the U.S. financial markets.

Participate in conversations discussing lenders’ unbooked losses on defaulted commercial real estate and construction loans, the diminished cash flows on both the residential and commercial side, the root cause of depreciated collateral values, and the reasons behind prolonged delays in selling or renting residential and multifamily properties. DARE 2010 will provide the know-how and innovative strategies to connect industries and meet the market’s greatest needs: investment and private capital to the servicing community, private sector to government and regulators, stakeholder to processes and solutions.

To keep up with the lion’s share of residential redefaults coming out of HAMP, and multifamily and condominium foreclosure actions, it behooves the government to engage in a more focused dialogue with those directly affected by policy and legislative changes, as well as listen to the industry’s challenges and hear from those working in the private equity trenches. DS News invites you to take part in this residential and commercial real estate conversation and to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills necessary to stay at the forefront during these ever-changing times.
