Governor’s Northern Wisconsin Economic Development Summit

The annual summit provides an opportunity to address the unique challenges and opportunities of Northern Wisconsin’s economy through a forum with the Governor's cabinet, keynote speakers, and a series of workshops.  This year’s agenda focuses on small business assistance and regulatory reform. 

“To help grow jobs in the state, it’s important to sit at the table with job creators and talk about the issues and barriers they face, and that’s what this event is all about,” Governor Walker said.  “This year’s Summit will focus heavily on the relationships with state agencies, what we can do to help small businesses reach their potential, and regulatory reform.  We look forward to the input and insight we will gain that will help small businesses build on their success in Wisconsin.”
