Regulatory Reform



The Coalition’s goal is to lift Australia’s productivity performance by cutting red and green tape as one of its central policy objectives. One of the key priorities is to reduce the regulatory burden for individuals, businesses and community organisations by $1 billion annually. This red and green tape reduction target is driving the Coalition’s regulatory reform.

This conference will discuss national and state impacts of regulatory reform and outline the key reform strategies being pursued to improve productivity and economic growth.
