Advanced Tactical Command Program

Th OpTac International Advanced Tactical Command Program is designed to enhance operational planning and execution for commanders and team leaders of tactical teams through interactive training and practical exercises. Classes include: critical incident management, tactical team management, legal updates, establishing a SWAT training matrix, leadership in the 21st Century, strategies for optimal team performance, media relations, integration of snipers and entry/perimeter team personnel, and behavioral science. Tabletop and interactive exercises will test and prepare attendees in managerial situations. An emphasis is placed on critical incident response and supervision of interpersonal issues as they relate to executive decisions and department liability. The establishment and prolongation of multi-jurisdiction teams and multi-team operations are covered.
