BILL FOSTER: Mr. Foster is a leading expert in the Federal marketplace and provides technical assistance in the areas of business development and marketing; capture planning; proposal development; program management; training and logistics. Foster was the VP and Division Manager of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). In this capacity, he successfully executed several large and hundreds of small contract orders from the government. Mr. Foster was formerly the United States Air Force System Program Director for the C/KC-135 Aircraft at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center. He retired with 28 years’ military and federal service in logistics and program management. ALLEN SHIPES: Mr. Shipes is a multi-disciplined engineer with 20 years of progressive government and commercial industry experience. Mr. Shipes has worked in the Aerospace Industry for fortune 100 Companies in a number of capacities and also founded a multi-million dollar Service Disabled Veteran Owned Engineering firm. Mr. Shipes is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and has managed Department of Defense aircraft and facilities design projects through various phases of requirements definition, design, test and integration of hardware and software for multiple weapon systems and sub-systems. He has coordinated the capture of over $10.5 Billion dollars of new business and developed, managed and executed multi-million dollar proposals for companies and clients around the world. RYAN REID: Mr. Reid is the founder of NetQuarry, the leading Enterprise Application Infrastructure Software company for SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) applications.
