Georgia Digital Government Summit 2014

This will be the 16^th annual Summit and it continues to grow in size and influence. State CIO Calvin Rhodes and State CTO Steve Nichols are avid supporters, as are the CIOs of Atlanta, Fulton County, and other large local government entities. It’s a common misconception that the state’s infrastructure is outsourced. In fact, relatively few of the agencies have outsourced their infrastructure and none have outsourced their applications. As one key IT official said candidly: “If vendors think there’s nothing to sell, they’re wrong!
