Exporting Under the Trade Sanctions Reform & Export Enhancement Act (TSRA)

The Trade Sanctions Reform & Export Enhancement Act (TSRA) allows exporters of certain items, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food and agricultural items, to export under special license to otherwise sanctioned destinations, such as Iran and Cuba.
