Incurred Cost Submissions - It's Time to Plan and Prepare
On March 12, 2014, there will be 110 days left for planning, preparation and
submission of your annual incurred cost submission. Federal Acquisition
Regulation 52.216-7 requires ICS submission 180 days after your company’s
fiscal year end, and for companies on the calendar year basis this
is typically June 30. Additionally, the regulation designates the schedules
and types of data required for an adequate submission. Please join Dixon Hughes Goodman Government Contracting Consulting Directors Todd Bishop and David Eck for a webinar as they discuss the numerous questions that may arise during and incurred cost preparation:
- What are the current requirements for the ICS?
- How do I treat the ICS process like other projects?
- Which subcontracts should I include on Schedule J?
- What amount is to be included on Schedule I for time and materials contracts?
- Is an unexplained variance on Schedule L acceptable?
- What common mistakes drive ICS inadequacies?
- When will my submission be audited?
- Which executive compensation threshold should I use?
- Does the statute of limitations apply to an ICS?
- When do penalities apply?
- When do I submit adjusting invoices for the submission?
