AFCEA Energy Kicks-Off Year Long Campaign to Support Comfort Crew for Military Kids

This year the AFCEA Energy leadership committee has partnered with Comfort Crew for Military Kids and all proceeds from the 2014 event series will benefit the mission of the Comfort Crew.

The Spring Networking Event is the second event in 2014 to support Comfort Crew for Military Kids. It is a great opportunity for members of the public and private IT sector to connect and support a great cause. Our goals are to raise money for a great cause while creating a platform between government and industry to network and build partnerships. We hope to bring thought-leaders together with peers in order to exchange ideas and provide a detailed understanding of how technology is being utilized throughout government.

Join us on March 26, 2014 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm to support Comfort Crew for Military Kids at Old Ebbitt Grill in downtown Washington, DC.

About Comfort Crew for Military Kids

The Comfort Crew for Military Kids creates a world where present and future generations of military children are nurtured by a community that understands them, where they are free to process their emotions, so they are able to draw strength from their experience and thrive.

The comfort crew mission is to ensure that every military child receives the best tools, strategies, and technology to prepare them for challenges and have a positive impact on themselves, their families, and our country.
