Speaker and Presenter Information

Sam A. Vitaro is a principal with the firm Vitaro & Goodfriend and a labor arbitrator, mediator and fact-finder in private practice. He previously served as an Administrative Judge with the MSPB. Before that, he was in private practice, and also worked as a supervisory trial attorney with the EEOC.

 

Vitaro has written extensively on Federal EEO topics, including the LRP Publications’ pamphlets Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment in the Federal Workplace and It’s More Than Sexual: Handling All Types of Harassment in the Federal Workplace.
