The long-anticipated revisions to ITAR and the EAR controls on spacecraft are finally here.

For years, the satellite industry pushed for relief from a burdensome and antiquated export control system. Now, that effort has finally paid off with substantial reforms to both the ITAR and the EAR which will directly impact manufacturers and exporters of satellites and their components.
