Fighting Cyber Threats with FireEye Among Federal Civilian Agencies

Cyber attacks have changed dramatically. Ill-equipped with outdated defenses, government networks are routinely infiltrated by cybercriminals through blended attacks that exploit unknown vulnerabilities and steal valuable data. Many federal agencies, such as US Courts, lack the resources, manpower, and visibility to effectively detect and combat a current day advanced persistent threat (APT).

FireEye has found that greater than 90% of the organizations they begin to work with have already been compromised. More than a third of these have APT activity currently in their network. The average amount of time that these customers have been compromised is greater than 6 months. This results in loss of intellectual property and trade secrets, loss of privacy (personnel and medical), and severe disruption in overall operations.

Join FireEye and Carahsoft to learn how the FireEye platform and Mandiant services are able to protect your agency's most sensitive information from falling into the hands of cybercriminals by:

  • Detecting and blocking higher volumes of malware in real time
  • Reducing time to contain and resolve threats
  • Mitigating the impact of attacks and isolating damage
