Federal Innovation Summit

Since 2010, federal initiatives to make computing more efficient and less expensive by reducing the size of government data centers have not reached the goal set by the Office of Management and Budget. Currently, the House and Senate are actively working to transition the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative (FDCCI) from initiative to law. Agencies will face challenges to adhere to this Congressional oversight, including exploring new ways to accomplish data center consolidation, cutting costs and increasing mobility and security.  

The Federal Innovation Summit: Modernizing Virtualized Data Centers is one of the largest education and training events in the Washington, D.C. area tailored to the unique interests of IT and management professionals serving Federal government. Join fellow government technology appropriators, purchasers, influencers and end-users on July 22, 2014, to network with and hear from executive decision-makers and subject matter experts on enabling key Federal technology initiatives that transform government IT operations providing more mobility, manageability, security and productivity and at dramatically lower costs.
