Mark Maxin is a member of the Senior Executive Service and currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Administrationat the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.He hasmore than 30 years of practical experience litigating, handling, advising and training federal sector managers, HR and EEO specialists, and lawyers on disability and reasonable accommodation law issues, as well as a wide range of other federal sector employment, labor relations and EEO issues. He previously served as the Special Counsel for Federal Labor Employment and Civil Rights at the NRC and the Counsel for Labor Relations at the U.S. Department of Labor. Mr. Maxin has also served as the Chairman and a Commissioner on the Montgomery County (Md.) Commission on People with Disabilities.
