Mike Walls brings over 28 years of experience in Cyber and Aviation Warfare with the US Navy to his position as Managing Director, Security Operations and Analysis with EdgeWave. During his three command tours, Captain Walls ensured the cyber readiness of over 300 ships, 4,000 aircraft and 400,000 servicemen - the world's largest infrastructure. Captain Walls personally directed forces conducting cyber operations across the global Navy cyber domain including all Navy unclassified networks and websites; oversaw development and implementation of the first Website Vulnerability Assessment capability for the U.S. Navy; directed the U.S. Navy's cadre of sophisticated cyber security trainers and assessors conducting cyber readiness assessments across the global Navy cyber infrastructure; and provided penetration testing support to the U.S. Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Force.
