Facilitation: A Skill to Run A Meeting or the Platform for Leadership

Facilitation is a skill that promotes effective and efficient use of time, people and energy and provides a deliberate process that leads to specific outcomes. If you work with teams or citizen or staff groups you will gain strategies that will make those meetings productive. This workshop features multiple opportunities for each participant to practice new tools and receive feedback.  Participants leave with invaluable core facilitation skills.
