Description of Requirement: The FBI requires continued maintenance of the RSCT software application(s) that supports C-IEDS mission. The following functional requirements are mandatory and must be maintained as part of the RSCT applications current open source, commercially available products: User Presence, Persistent Chat, Private Messaging, Application Sharing, Document Repository, Static Announcements, virtual Whiteboard, Quick Workspace Creation, WYSIWYG User Interface, Web Based Applications, Administration, Security Profiles, Scalability, Logging, Authentication, Tablet Creation and Publishing, Reports, and FBI Hosted Solution.

2. Description of Requirement: 24x7x365 Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk support services to include several enclaves with over 34,000 users globally. Tasks include reactive/proactive monitoring of all network circuits, systems and servers; responding to
customer IT queries and trouble tickets; identifying trends & performing problem management to ensure problems are addressed in timely fashion, etc.
