2nd Annual Tactical Response Issues

Specifically designed for patrol officers, specialized teams, supervisors and specialized detective units, this year’s program will feature a keynote address by Mr. Gordon Graham, whose presentation will focus on managing risk in a tactical setting and will teach you how to make immediate, progressive changes in operations to better protect yourself and your organization. 

Mr. Graham is a 33-year veteran of California law enforcement.  His education as a Risk Manager and his experience as a practicing attorney combined with his extensive background in law enforcement have allowed him to rapidly become recognized as a leading professional speaker in both private and public sector organizations with multiple areas of expertise.   

Tentative topics include: 
•  Practical legal issues concerning search warrants
•  Testimony after the service of the warrant
•  Hand-to-hand techniques and tactics unique to tactical operations
•  Techniques to immediately improve your performance in stressful situations
•  Skills needed to determine and recognize booby-trapped and clandestine structures
