We developed this system specifically for government use in 2007, when the Governor of New York State signed an Executive Order requiring all agencies and authorities in the state to webcast public meetings. From the outset, our system adhered to governmental technical specifications. We continue to provide services to New York State agencies to this day.

Speaker and Presenter Information
Robert Feldman started out as a biomedical engineer, working at medical centers throughout the country, before moving into corporate IT. In 2007, Robert established Total Webcasting, a full-service webcasting company. Robert spearheaded the development of the TW Mediacart™, a complete versatile portable encoding and production system, along with TAM™ (Total Asset Manager), a proprietary content management solution. The combination of this hardware & software solution is the industry’s only true “Glass to Glass Solution.” Total Webcasting underwent accelerated growth, adding over 150 customers, including high-profile assignments such as Barack Obama’s Presidential Address at Columbia University in 2012, which reached 25,000 simultaneous viewers worldwide. Robert has shared his webcasting expertise at conferences and events, including for industry professionals at the annual Streaming Media conference.
