DoDEA Student Information System (SIS) Industry Day

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to conduct an industry day to review educational (grades preschool to 12th grade) student information system software programs and services (i.e., support, training) that are commercially available off the shelf for U.S. school systems. In accordance with FAR 15.201(c), this industry day shall serve as an exchange of information among interested parties to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities; thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government's requirements, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. 

DoDEA strongly encourages all interested parties to review the attached DoDEA Student Information System Industry Day document, and if they can meet the requirements therein, submit a request to participate in the industry day.

Please submit requests to participate in the DoDEA Student Information System Industry Day to Nina Lin via email RSVP to Nina.Lin@hq.dodea.edu no later than 10:00AM EST January 30, 2015 with subject line, "DoDEA SIS Industry Day RSVP." Vendors are encouraged to include with their email RSVP a written or digital prospectus of the Vendor's student information system
