BIS published several important regulation changes at the end of December 2014 that affect product classification and licensing requirements for certain electronic components.

These changes included those that had already been changed once by Export Control Reform (ECR) rules. End use restrictions have also been placed on some components for the first time, and a whole new set of licensing requirements has been placed on exports to Hong Kong. 

This webinar will provide a quick review of Category XI Military Electronics ECR final regulations and will cover these important changes published in December 2014:
