SMILE Conference 2015 USA IS hosted by the Phoenix Police Department.   Chief Joseph Yahner and the men and women of the Phoenix Police Department will host law enforcement professionals from around the world at #SMILEcon #11 April 28th-30th, 2014. This will be the only U.S. based SMILE Conference in 2015.
