Question: What is the dress code for AFITC?

Answer: Dress code is business casual for civilians and standard Air Force UOD: Blues on Monday and BDU/ABU/Flight Suit the rest of the week for military.

Question: Can exhibitors attend the General Seminar Sessions?

Answer: Exhibitor badges will get you into most general sessions (exception being “Military Only” sessions), but please be sure your booth is staffed during exhibitor times.

Question: How do I get from the Montgomery airport to the Renaissance Hotel & Spa Convention Center?

Answer: Click following link for map and driving directions (See “Driving Directions”)

Question: How can someone reach me during the conference?

Answer: There will a main phone number established and available during administrative opening remarks at the registration booth where messages will be posted.

Question: I've forgotten if I previously registered for your conference. How can I find out?

Answer: On the attendee registration page there is information that states “If you do not know if you have registered for the conference, please contact us at”    

Question: What does it cost to attend the conference?

Answer: The conference is FREE for all military members (active, reservist, retired, etc.), local, state, or federal government employees, government contractors, and college/university employees or students. If you do not wish to participate as an exhibiting vendor and do not meet the above criteria, you may register as a non-exhibiting vendor for a registration fee of $100 payable to MC².

Question: “Can you please help me secure lodging at the Renaissance?” or “How can I get into the Government Room Block?”

Answer: If you are a Government Employee, there are a few rooms allotted for Per Diem Rate; however, you will be queued as follows:
