Asian Downstream Week

For the last 7 years we have organised Downstream & Petrochemical Asia and as markets and market conditions change, so should we. So in 2015, the event has been rebranded to Asian Downstream Week and with a fresh look you can expect lots of new things. The event has always been the place for IOC and NOC, refinery and petrochemical operators, technology licensors, EPC's and other key industry players to meet and discuss investment and collaboration opportunities, key projects, technology licensing, feedstock supply and security - this will not change.

In addition to the established refining & petrochemical event, we have added two new topic areas, creating a total of three events during Asian Downstream Week: Refining & Petrochemical Asia Petrochem SCM & Logistics Asia Petrochem & Refining Operational Excellence Asia.

Additionally there will be focus on the following new things:

• Separating the refining and petrochemical streams so greater focus and specialisation can be given to both of the related but distinct sectors. Both new projects as well as upgrading of existing projects will be the focus.
• The introduction of 2 new co-located events – Petrochem & Refining Operational Excellence Asia andPetrochem SCM & Logistics Asia
• Petrochem & Refining Operational Excellence Asia will focus on plant productivity and efficiency and will bring together key asset managers, maintenance managers and all professionals looking at how data and analytics can help asset management with the refinery and petrochemical plant.
• Petrochem SCM & Logistics Asia will focus on how SCM planning will contribute to efficiency and productivity as well as issues on transportation, storage, outsourcing and data and analytics. This will be attended by the regions supply chain and transportation managers.
