Lt. Gen. David A. Deptula (USAF Retired)
was the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. He was responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for policy formulation, planning, evaluation, oversight, and leadership of Air Force intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities. As the Air Force's Senior Official of the Intelligence Community he was directly responsible to the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. General Deptula has significant experience in combat and leadership in several major joint contingency operations. He was the principal attack planner for the Desert Storm coalition air campaign in 1991. He has twice been a Joint Task Force Commander - in 1998/1999 for Operation Northern Watch during a period of renewed Iraqi aggression where he flew 82 combat missions, and for Operation Deep Freeze, supporting forces in Antarctica.

Maj. Gen. Suzanne M. "Zan" Vautrinot is Director of Plans and Policy, U.S. Cyber Command, Fort George G. Meade, Md. She is directly responsible to the USCYBERCOM Commander for the development and coordination of existing and emerging issues as related to cyberspace operations policy, doctrine, organization, capabilities and requirements. She also maintains U.S. Strategic Command cyberspace contingency and operational plans and the Cyber Capabilities Registry. General Vautrinot entered the Air Force after graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1982. She has served as Chief of Operations for 14th Air Force and Director of the Aerospace Operations Center at Vandenberg AFB, Calif. Her commands include a space warning squadron, space operations group, space wing and the Air Force Recruiting Service. The general held staff assignments at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Headquarters Air Force Space Command & the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Ken Krieg is an Executive in Residence with Renaissance Strategic Advisors.  He was the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics from 2005-2007. He was responsible for advising the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense on all matters relating to the DoD Acquisition System, research and development, advanced technology, developmental test and evaluation, production, logistics, installation management, military construction, procurement and environmental security matters. Before his appointment to USD (AT&L), Mr. Krieg served at the Department of Defense as Special Assistant to the Secretary and Director for Program Analysis & Evaluation. Earlier, Mr. Krieg worked in a number of defense and foreign policy assignments in Washington, DC, including positions at the White House, on the National Security Council Staff, and in Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Bob Kipps is Managing Director and Founder of KippsDeSanto & Co. an investment bank focused on delivering exceptional results for leading, growth-oriented defense and technology companies. Mr. Kipps was a Managing Director and a leader of Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace∙Defense∙Government industry investment banking group. Mr. Kipps was recognized in 2007 as the Deal Maker of the Year – Investment Banker by the Association for Corporate Growth’s National Capital Chapter. He is on the Board of Directors of the National Capital Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth as well as several other defense organizations/firms and a member of the Advisory Board for the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Mr. Kipps is a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions involving aerospace/defense and IT firms and is often quoted in publications including The Washington Post, USA Today, Washington Technology, Buyouts and The Washington Times, among others.
