The Center for Digital Education is hosting a Market Briefing event in Portland, OR and we hope you can join us.



IT leaders from some of the largest districts in Oregon will be on hand for a special briefing on their technology plans, priorities and focus for the coming years. Beaverton School District is committed to designing, building, maintaining and enhancing technology for its nearly 39,000 students. Portland Public Schools has over 45,000 students and believes in providing quality educational services to its students through proactive technology integration. The Oregon City School District is committed to providing a robust infrastructure for the infusion of technology into all areas of education. Oregon City supports learning through the use of technology for nearly 8,300 students. Centennial School District has over 6,500 students and is committed to improving learning through technology integration, professional development, upgrades to software as well as virtualization. Forest Grove School District has over 6,200 students and is committed to expanding learning opportunities through technology access for students and teachers within the district. The participants will be briefing the audience on district plans in a variety of topic areas, including computing infrastructure, mobile devices, digital content and curriculum, professional development, cyber security and their plans to incorporate blended learning models.


This event will allow participants to:
