Many business owners and human resource representatives may have trouble keeping up-to-date with the ever changing nature of laws surrounding labor and employment. This issue may cause employers to fall out of compliance with their requirements under state and federal law. This topic covers the new developments, their requirements under such changing laws, and guidance on how to best comply with those requirements.
