AFCEA's Rocky Mountain Chapter - CyberSpace Symposium

The Symposium provides a national forum for industry and government to work together to help solve the challenges of cybersecurity, community cyber readiness and national defense.

Our theme this year is: “Managing Risk in Cyberspace: Defining/Measuring/Mitigating/Operating Through” and we have a great mix of interesting and thought-provoking speakers and panelists planned. We also have a huge Exhibit Hall full of industry, academia and non-profit organizations that will really give you a chance to learn about the cutting edge of the cyber business.

Whether you are an individual attendee, a sponsor, an exhibitor, a speaker or one of our many volunteers, we know you’ll find this year’s symposium a great event because of the interesting people you’ll meet, the stimulating discussions you’ll have, the great opportunities for business and the awe-inspiring atmosphere at the edge of the Rockies. And, just like 2015, we are providing free entrance to all three days of the Symposium for military and government attendees.

The Symposium is not JUST about solving problems…when you attend the event, you will also be helping us raise money for two causes close to our heart:

  • We invest in the country’s future by raising money for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education. Last year our chapter gave out more than $100,000 in scholarships and grants to Colorado STEM students and teachers!
  • We help raise money for wounded warriors, helping Colorado families cope with disability resulting from service to our nation.

The Rocky Mountain CYBERSPACE Symposium 2016 is going to be a truly outstanding event and we look forward to seeing you in Colorado Springs on 1-5 February 2016!
