U.S. Department of Education IA Awareness Day

Security awareness efforts have been made a priority at the Department of Education. This event will focus on security and privacy issues and solutions to growing concerns with information security. It will emphasize the existing Department's goal to increase security recognition for the Department as a whole. In attendance will be the Department of Education's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Deputy Director for Administration and Policy. During the event, a variety of security training activities will be offered and all employees are encouraged to attend. Exhibitors will present products and subjects from a wide spectrum of information security.
