GC-TEC Seminar: How to Attract and Retain Talent for a Competitive Edge

Attracting and retaining talent is an art—not only hiring good people, but retaining them can be a challenge. On January 5, 2016, join the Government Contractor Training and Education Consortium (GC-TEC) for a seminar designed to help attendees position their government contracting firms to attract and retain the best talent.

John Supplee of the Supplee Group as will present and moderate a panel designed to help attendees position their government contracting firms to attract and retain the best talent. Panelists include Gloria Larkin, President of TargetGov which focuses on government procurement and related business development and marketing services and Lawrence Martinelli of GovTech who is known as an innovator of initiatives that produce cost efficient programming while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.

The panelists will discuss issues geared at teaching attendees how to:
