Speaker and Presenter Information

The workshop instructor, Jeff Shen, is VP and GM of Red Team Consulting, a nationally recognized capture, proposal, and capture consultancy. He brings 20 years of proven leadership in federal contracting, corporate strategy, and business development. His career includes working with numerous federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies worldwide on contracts totaling over $30 billion. Red Team Consulting has supported over 500 small and large companies and helped capture over $100 billion in federal contracts. They bring experience in nearly every major Civilian and DoD agency including Department level contracts and bureau/agency level contracts. This experience includes supporting and winning single-award programs, multi-award and single-award IDIQs, task orders, BPAs, and sole source contracts.
