Seton Hall's Introduction to New Jersey Tax Controversies
Seton Hall's 5th annual "Introduction to New Jersey Tax Controversies" introduces tax professionals to New Jersey controversies, discusses the significant cases decided in 2015, and answer their frequently asked questions. The panel includes tax professionals from government, private practice, and the Courts. Tax Professionals that attend the seminar or the series are encouraged to accept a pro bono tax controversy case assignment from Rutgers Law School, a Low-Income Tax Clinic, VITA, an ABA-sponsored Tax Court Pro Bono program and Taxpayers Assistance Corporation.
