Pentagon-Joint IT Service Provider Cyber Security Forum
FBC is working in conjunction with the Joint Information Technology Service Provider at the Pentagon to present the 2016 3rd Quarter Joint IT Service Provider Cyber Security Forum. The Joint IT Service Provider is a new initiative within the Department of Defense to combine several IT-focused, but separate, DoD organizations with the Defense Information Systems Agency and will provide the common framework for JITSSP to manage IT services in a uniform fashion across all portions of the DoD. The Cyber Security Forum will give vendors a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with key decision makers and purchasers in this initiative. The event is being held inside the Pentagon Conference Center and is open to all Pentagon personnel and contractors.
Attendees will span the whole of the DoD, including representatives from:
- U.S. Army
- U.S. Navy
- U.S. Air Force
- U.S. Marines
- DoD Personnel
- DoD contractors
The U.S. Army Information Technology Agency, or ITA, is part of the Joint Information Technology Service Provider Pentagon (JITSPP). ITA manages IT and Cyber Security for the Pentagon, DoD NCR, and other projects within the DoD community. The Cybersecurity Forum is a quarterly event that focuses on training and education for the DoD community within the Pentagon.
