Approximately 1,800 Guardsmen from all 54 States, Territories and the District of Columbia who work in Information Technology will be attending this important event.

The 2010 conference theme, "Joint Solutions-Turning Stovepipes into Clouds," focuses on enterprise solutions improving collaborating efforts for the future.

The purpose of the conference is to bring the ARNG, ANG and our strategic partners together to review the various IT structures within, and related to, the National Guard’s dual role (State and Federal), and discuss opportunities for integrated solutions. Participation in this conference is open to information technology, communications, intelligence, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) personnel. In our roles for both combating the Global War on Terrorism and providing protection of the homeland, Information Technology is recognized as a vital enabler in the protection of our Nation.  As IT specialists for the National Guard, it is our duty to work together to use and adapt technology to defend our homeland.
