NAGW 2016 Annual Conference



The NAGW Annual Conference is designed for government web professionals by government web professionals.

The National Conference focuses on the professional development of those working as programmers, designers, developers, managers, PIOs, CIOs and technology specialists from all levels of government.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS:

 

Joel Comm is an entrepreneur, New York Times bestselling author, public speaker, social media evangelist, and mobile marketing innovator. The leading authority on new media marketing tactics, Joel’s current specialty is using social media such as Facebook and Twitter to help companies market their brand. He was the creator of popular gaming websites as well as some top-ranked mobile apps, including iFart, one of the most talked about iPhone apps of all time.

 

Not just another social media expert, Joel has been building profitable and cutting-edge internet ventures since 1995. Joel’s publications include Twitter Power 3.0: How to Dominate your Market One Tweet at a Time (Wiley, 2015), The AdSense Code: What Google Never Told You About Making Money with AdSense and Social Poetry: Boosting Engagement and Encouraging Conversation by Using Inspirational, Educational and Entertaining Photoquotes.

 

Eileen Webb is a content strategist and cofounder of webmeadow, a firm that helps progressive organizations develop content and technology strategies to make the world a better place. She is also a content strategy workshop facilitator. Her background is in server-side coding and being that odd person who translates between the marketing and development teams. Eileen is also a frequent contributor at A List Apart. Her Twitter feed is equal parts content strategy and pictures of poultry.

 

Jeff Willinger is the Director of Social Business, Collaboration and the Digital Workspace at Rightpoint. He is an internationally recognized online influencer, analyst, and expert on all things web collaboration, enterprise social networking, and enterprise IT strategy. Jeff has been named one of the top SharePoint, Office 365 personalities in the world. He specializes in advising clients on social computing and enterprise software strategies, collaborative intranets and portals, mobile and increasing employee engagement and involvement. With experience spanning more than two decades, Jeff is an internationally recognized speaker and expert in all CMS solutions and is a technology and business evangelist with deep expertise in user experience, information architecture, enterprise content management, and web 2.0 technology strategy. A character with character, he is the President and Founder of the Social Media Club of Chicago, and serves as Executive Vice President for Business Marketing Association.
