Angela Kornegay
Contracting Analyst, Principal, The MITRE Corporation
Angela Kornegay is a contract analyst, principal, at The MITRE Corporation, where she focuses on assisting MITRE sponsors with complex contracting analysis, as well as cost-effective and timely acquisition of required capabilities in support of the agency mission. Previously, she was a senior acquisition manager employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Department of Defense, where she gained over 25 years’ experience managing people and processes associated with federal acquisitions and program management. She was awarded the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service as Acting Director, Division Director of the Acquisition Directorate, Washington Headquarters Services.
