The  US Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Health Architecture CONNECT program has been awarded the Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation Award for Health IT.  Connect Program Executive David Riley will be delivering a luncheon keynote at the conference on Wednesday September 27, when he will discuss how open source played in the strategy for this highly successful program.

GOSCON returns this fall with its second annual awards to recognize government employees who have made significant accomplishments in the application of Open Source Technology in support of their agency mission.

The Awards Will be presented on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Government Open Source Conference (GOSCON 2010). Award Recipients and their managers will be recognized at the event and in the press for their Open Source accomplishments.
