Gunjan Talati is a Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Gunjan, an experienced government contracts practitioner, regularly represents contractors in a variety of sectors including aerospace and defense, health care and IT. His practice is a mix of counseling, litigation and transactional work.
Gunjan’s litigation work includes representing contractors in suspension and debarment proceedings. As part of his practice, he has helped contractors of all sizes through contentious suspension and debarment proceedings before multiple agencies including the U.S. Air Force, General Services Administration, U.S. Army and U.S. Agency for International Development. He was recognized in 2014 by the National Law Journal’s Legal Times as a 40 under 40 D.C. Rising Star for his suspension and debarment successes. His litigation practice also focuses on bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims.
