Top 10 Latest Labor Headaches for Contractors - Newly Released Rules Require New Guidance

The new Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces regulations contain the most dramatic overhaul of labor compliance for government contractors in decades.  Within the 800+ pages of the final regulations and guidance are numerous pitfalls and additional burdens for contractors.

This webinar will examine some of the most significant and vexing compliance challenges for contractors and will provide practical guidance on how to:
  • handle the numerous new reporting requirements
  • create a compliance system that will ensure the proper disclosures are made to contracting agencies and the Department of Labor
  • flow down the new requirements to lower tier subcontractors
  • distinguish between what is a reportable violation and what is not and determine whether a violation is significant enough to warrant further action by an agency
  • mitigate past and potential future violations that would create new reporting obligations
  • understand the new pitfalls in the prime/sub relationship
This webinar is applicable for government contractors bidding on new contracts or entering into teaming arrangements/subcontract agreements with other contractors.

This program is not available for CLE, CPE, CLP or other credits as a live program.
