Guy Timberlake has been actively involved in government contracting as an employee and owner of small business concerns doing business with the U.S. Government since 1988.

During the Nebraska PTAC Government Contracting Conference, Guy will discuss practical ways for small government contractors to achieve an information advantage (helps with making your company more informed, competitively speaking!) using free open sources of information hosted by the government.

In another session, he'll discuss a procurement method used by agencies that presents a 'low-hanging fruit' opportunity for small businesses valued at $20 billion during fiscal year 2015 (it's expected to increase in FY2016). Here's a hint, it has nothing to do with 'set-asides.'
