No one is thinking about your career as much as you are.  Whether it is in business, seeking out additional training or even when contemplating public service, women often lack the confidence to ask for what they want and own their future.  Our panel will discuss challenges they have faced on their professional journeys and the strategies and tactics they have employed to pursue their careers including their lessons learned, where they are now and what they wish they had known then, and general advice from their experiences.

This event will follow our "Roots to Route" panel format. Women have all taken different paths to get to where they are today, and their roots have played a key part in their professional development. Explore our panelists' journey, their roots to route, where they started in their career to their route along the way.
