Webcast: Ventura County Violent Incident Response (Rescue Task Force)
This webcast will provide all first responders with the knowledge, tactics and confidence necessary to work quickly with available resources to locate and neutralize an active shooter while simultaneously providing rapid medical care and a mass casualty response.
To date, Ventura County has conducted over 300 classes and trained 2900+ law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS crews and dispatchers.
Instruction will be provided by J. Scott Quirarte of the Ventura County Fire Department. Captain Quirarte is a seasoned trainer and everyone who attends will gain a vast amount of knowledge about how to safely respond to violent incidents, fights, stabbings, shootings, domestics and unknowns.
Recording
All registrants will have access to the archived webcast for 30 days. Therefore, if you have a schedule conflict or if you simply would like to view it again - you will have the opportunity.
Certificates of Completion
All attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion.
