Transforming Government with Digital Service Innovation Webinar
With citizens continuing to clamor for better and more responsive interactions with their government, state and local agencies are looking to digital transformation as a way to change the way they do business. While some agencies are taking the leap forward and transforming government with digital services, others are stifled by legacy technology and hindered by information siloes.
During this webinar, experts will discuss the issues and challenges state and local government agencies face when trying to transform their services delivery in the digital age. Going beyond just implementing new technology, officials will dive into the process changes and tweaks necessary to enable technology to have the greatest impact on innovation efforts.
